RDH, Myofunctional Therapist
Tonia has been a hygienist for 22 years (with Healthy Smiles for over 6), but has advanced her skills to include Myofunctional therapy as well. Myofunctional therapy is how our oral and facial muscles work together to create beautiful and symmetry not only in our head and neck areas, but ultimately the whole body. She heads up our Myobrace program with Dr. Roberts that works on Myofunctional needs of patients to naturally straighten their teeth, often without braces. "Education is a big part of what we do here. It is rewarding to hear how our advanced procedures have made our clients feel better and has increased their daily energy levels. Most people do not know the toll oral health problems have on their overall bodily health." Tonia has become our first point of contact for new clients. She gets to know what your concerns are and how our team can best serve you.
Michele has spent most of her adult like working in dentistry and has been with Healthy Smiles for 4 years. She is another one of our skilled hygienists who will care for all your hygiene needs. She enjoys all the new advances in dentistry and looks forward to keeping up with it all. "It's so exciting to see all the changes happening." Michele has enjoyed being a part of the Healthy Smiles team so that she can be on the forefront of it all.
Rylee is one of our dental hygienists and the new mom the team, with her son, Mack, about to turn 1. Rylee is excited about top of the line technology provided at Healthy Smiles and the ability it has to further expand our education daily, as this an office that is continually learning and advancing. That is what allows us to provide the best treatment possible for you. "The staff is full of wonderful women who enjoy their jobs and are always there to lend a helping hand or a smiling face.
